Linda and her team are amazing!!! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Linda represented us in the selling of our home, and in the search for a new home. Linda sold our home in one day of it being listed. She had an expert team of photographers come in and shoot stills and video. And the listing looked amazing. Then Linda and her team were relentless in assisting us in finding our perfect dream home. They were always available and responsive to our needs. And I must confess.... at times I became very needy. Linda and her team worked tirelessly to address any of our concerns during the entire process. Words cannot express our gratitude to Linda, Bradley, Jennifer and Ellie.

Robert is fantastic! He has a wealth of knowledge about the local market and really listened to my needs and concerns when purchasing a house in this high priced market. He also has a network to make the buying process relatively quick, simple, & easy. Closed in 30 days without a ton of back and forth and negotiated a great deal for me at 2023 prices and always seemed to want the deal to happen over nickel and dining on his fees and commission! Not much more you can ask from a realtor. I look forward to purchasing my next house with Robert. With lots of horror stories out there and most of my friends often feeling ripped off by their realtors, I felt Robert more than earned his commission which was very fair and reasonable.

On a whim I decided we needed to sell our townhome. My husband who was completely blindsided by my whimsy said "Show me the data first". So, I went online and found out who sold the other unit in our complex. I am so thankful it was Kate. I reached out and she got back to me the same day. We chatted and she jumped into action. By the next morning I had the report I needed to show the husband what I was up to...he looked at the report and said "lets do it." Kate helped us get our place ready to sell ASAP as the market was starting to shift. I believe we had it on the market within 7 days of contact. We we went into contract 5 days later and then we used Kate again to find our new place. She was awesome to work with and didn't mind going to every house we found, even though some were just...wow. She helped us get into contract on our new place and we have been happy here ever since. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
