Dan Kniffel did a fantastic job from beginning to end! From the first point of contact when I reached out to him through the Internet until we finally closed a couple months later, he was on top of everything that was going on both on the buyer side and on my side. He straddled between the needs of both of us like a pro! He even went out of his way when the buyer wanted to take a specific TV mount that only fit her TV he found one on the Internet for her and gave it to her so that she could still mount her TV since she wasn’t allowed to take it as it was bolted to the wall! Dan is a great guy. He always listens. He’s always got a positive outlook and he’s always working to close the deal but not with the pressure. I would recommend Dan to anyone who wants to work with a top-notch real estate who knows the Margaritaville Hilton head market
