Martha is very professional and knowledgeable as a real estate agent and she went the extra mile and helped us hire (and manage) a fast and reliable contractor to help us update our house. Reine is hands down the best agent I've ever worked with, and as an investor, I've worked with a lot. Unlike other agents, she doesn't just list the house, she sells it! She answers her phone, encourages the buyers agents to put in offers right away and uses her negotiation skills to get us the best price every time. She got us 50k over asking price on this sale! I wouldn't use anyone else to buy or sell real estate.

Let's just say Shane has a client for life. He was there every step of the way. Every question, every freak out. He was there to guide, calm, and reassure us through a contingent buy and sell. Not only did he do everything you could hope for, he got our home in contract after one open house. When our buyer had to drop out due to personal issues he got us another one literally the same weekend. I am typing this from the living room of my new home in the neighborhood we wanted. The attention to detail, the constant availability, the calm confidence, and not to mention his strong negotiating skills allowed us to get everything we asked for in our purchase. I really don't know how to emphasize how great the selling experience was. I had worked with Terry to purchase a home ~10 years ago and knew I'd want her help in selling. She made the process more painless than it really ever deserved to be and was incredibly flexible with some logistical challenges. I appreciate her candor and expertise in navigating the inevitable weird situations that pop up during real estate transactions. Nothing is worse than wondering if you can trust your agent and at no point did I feel like I could not rely on Terry for quality unbiased info. I used a different agent to buy a home out of area and constantly wished Terry was available - oh well. She helped navigate a challenging insurance issue the condo complex had and ultimately ended up getting probably $10-15K over what I thought it would go for. Not only did she help during the sale, but also went to bat for me when there was an issue with escrow. She's tenacious and knowledgeable and just an all-around genuine asset that you probably want in your corner.
