Let's just say Shane has a client for life. He was there every step of the way. Every question, every freak out. He was there to guide, calm, and reassure us through a contingent buy and sell. Not only did he do everything you could hope for, he got our home in contract after one open house. When our buyer had to drop out due to personal issues he got us another one literally the same weekend. I am typing this from the living room of my new home in the neighborhood we wanted. The attention to detail, the constant availability, the calm confidence, and not to mention his strong negotiating skills allowed us to get everything we asked for in our purchase.
