Thank you for getting us over asking price, again!
Reine is hands down the best agent I've ever worked with, and as an investor, I've worked with a lot. Unlike other agents, she doesn't just list the house, she sells it! She answers her phone, encourages the buyers agents to put in offers right away and uses her negotiation skills to get us the best price every time. She got us 50k over asking price on this sale! I wouldn't use anyone else to buy or sell real estate.
