Back in 2021, Debra helped us to buy our first condo in Rancho Santa Margarita. However, due to personal reasons, we had to end up selling it in early 2022 to relocate to a different state. Debra took our request to sell the condo with grace and helped us through the entire process. It was rough, I won't lie: the first offer fell through (the buyers got cold feet) and another did as well. As we all know, the market has its ups and downs. But Debra was very attentive to every detail, and even took it upon herself to do many tasks since we were already living out of state for most of the selling. I would highly recommend her services! She is always looking out for her clients and their best interests, but the first communication to the last!

Priscilla is an exceptional realtor. You won’t find a better person to help you buy or sell a home. She’s done both for us. Most recently she helped us find the perfect home on a budget. We are relocating from Michigan with young kids. She went above and beyond by taking us on FaceTime virtual tours of houses and neighborhoods before we could get into town to look in-person. Priscilla is born and raised in SoCal, and raised her own children there. She knows all the personalities and costs of the different cities.
