Back in 2021, Debra helped us to buy our first condo in Rancho Santa Margarita. However, due to personal reasons, we had to end up selling it in early 2022 to relocate to a different state. Debra took our request to sell the condo with grace and helped us through the entire process. It was rough, I won't lie: the first offer fell through (the buyers got cold feet) and another did as well. As we all know, the market has its ups and downs. But Debra was very attentive to every detail, and even took it upon herself to do many tasks since we were already living out of state for most of the selling. I would highly recommend her services! She is always looking out for her clients and their best interests, but the first communication to the last!

Debra was very friendly, patient and made the process for a first time homebuyer seamless. Being a first time home buyer in this market was especially challenging but Debra’s knowledge, understanding, and overall professionalism helped us get our house only after two weeks of putting offers out. We were worried about the horror stories of being rejected over and over, having to get into bidding wars, cash offers and needing to remove all contingencies. However, with Debra’s help, our third offer was accepted without any bidding, all contingencies still in place, and using only 5% down. After our offer was accepted we ran into an issue with the house not appraising. Debra advised us to get another appraisal which would utilize new market information. This ultimately led us to getting the appraisal at what we offered so we did not have to put down additional out of pocket money. Debra was by far the best part of the home buying experience. She was available to handle any concerns or questions even after hours if it meant providing us with the help we needed. I cannot recommend Debra enough, we will definitely be using her for our next purchase.

My husband and I met Debra by chance, when visiting a house on sale. We were not impressed by the house, but when we drove away from it we said to each other: we could work with that agent. (And we have seen many before that day.) Just by being around Debra we could tell that she could be trusted. We were not disappointed in that. Debra helped us navigate the process of getting a pre-approval and then worked tirelessly with us to find a house we liked - and this in a market that was (and still is) red-hot. I don't think we would have succeeded in our home search on our own, but Debra found us a house which was just coming to the market.
