Chase did an excellent job of representing me on a recent home purchase in mission Viejo. It is my first single family home and I fell in love with the place at first sight. Of course the rational side of my brain then had a million and a half questions during the inspection period , this being probably the largest purchase I’ll ever make. Plus I was bidding against literally dozens of potential buyers who also saw what I saw in the place. Long story short I got a fair price on a great property. Without Chases help that would simply not have been possible. He is a nice guy- patient, smart and a good listener who takes both sides perspectives into consideration in formulating an effective and winning offer. I am grateful for his guidance and partnership (and let’s be honest, also for his patience with me!) . So excited and happy for our new home, thanks, Chase!!

I cannot express enough great feelings that we had as Wade as our agent. He was outstanding in every way knowledgeable, communicating with us, following through in every detail. He even was encouraging and helpful in finding us a rental to live in. We highly recommend him as a very special agent to those that want someone special to work with them.
