Chase Flores

Chase did an excellent job of representing me on a recent home purchase in mission Viejo. It is my first single family home and I fell in love with the place at first sight. Of course the rational side of my brain then had a million and a half questions during the inspection period , this being probably the largest purchase I’ll ever make. Plus I was bidding against literally dozens of potential buyers who also saw what I saw in the place. Long story short I got a fair price on a great property. Without Chases help that would simply not have been possible. He is a nice guy- patient, smart and a good listener who takes both sides perspectives into consideration in formulating an effective and winning offer. I am grateful for his guidance and partnership (and let’s be honest, also for his patience with me!) . So excited and happy for our new home, thanks, Chase!!
