Stop reading this review and go hire Shannon Miller for your next purchase or sale RIGHT NOW! That's about as simple as I can be. She's the best there is. My wife and I have got to know Shannon and her family over the last 5 years through the sale of two properties and the purchase of another and she has delivered big every time. Want to sell your home quickly? Hire Shannon. Want to get top dollar for your sale? Hire Shannon. Want to make sure your purchase offer stands out in a sea of other offers? Hire Shannon. With both of our sales, she had buyers locked down in one weekend, which made it easy for us to concentrate on the future. She negotiated amazing selling prices and even got us more than asking in our most recent sale. When we purchased our home, I remember texting back and forth with her at 11pm at night while she was drafting our winning offer. We wanted that house so badly and she made it happen. Quite simply, Shannon is a genuinely fantastic person that is hard to find these days. She has excellent knowledge of the housing market and knows exactly how to use that to meet your end goals. She works tirelessly to ensure your success, she's a great negotiator and she manages escrows in a way that's low stress for you. I can’t say enough great things about her. Call her right now and never look back. You won’t regret it. Anthony
