We had tried contacting the owner in the past without any luck. Jill encouraged us to ask the tradespeople if/when the owner would stop by and that was key. We were able to make an offer before the place went on the market. Mostly because we had Jill. She helped us feel prepared, explained each step and followed up frequently throughout the escrow process. She is a true professional and we are very grateful for her.
