Shannon Miller is the epitome of what “professional” means. While we were acquaintances in high school, I didn’t know her (as an adult) as well as another friend in the industry. What initially sold me on using Shannon was her presence on social media and her work in the community. I knew instantly she was a dedicated realtor and would do everything to find us the house of our dreams. Then upon reaching out to her, my pull to work with her was only reinforced by her excellent communication. She was so present and so available to us any time we needed her. We found ourselves in a very lengthy (contingent) escrow that was delayed due to the sale of our former home. The sellers of our new home were anxious and, frankly, tired of waiting.
