She literally went the extra mile to help me and gave valuable input on which properties would best suit my needs. As a first time home buyer, this process can be very daunting but Donna was able to answer all my questions promptly and with language that was easy to understand without all the real estate jargon that other realtors might use. After choosing the home that I wanted, she made the escrow process simple and was always willing to answer questions and provide resources. She would respond to my messages late into the night past 10-11PM. This shows how dedicated she is in her practice and demonstrates her extensive knowledge base on real estate.
