Amazing/Outstanding Experience

Working with Donna Dees on my property purchase was the single greatest experience I have had with working with a realtor. Donna is highly conscientious, motivated, and enthusiastic about finding the right home for her clients. My own experience was exceptional. I heard about Donna from my father who had worked with her more than 10 years prior. When my father reached out to Donna to assist me in buying a home, even though it had been many years, she still remembered prior conversations that she had with him. I was looking for a home in Beaumont/Yucaipa/Redlands areas and yet Donna still would drive out from her office in Cypress (more than 1hr drive) to meet me at different properties. She literally went the extra mile to help me and gave valuable input on which properties would best suit my needs. As a first time home buyer, this process can be very daunting but Donna was able to answer all my questions promptly and with language that was easy to understand without all the real estate jargon that other realtors might use. After choosing the home that I wanted, she made the escrow process simple and was always willing to answer questions and provide resources. She would respond to my messages late into the night past 10-11PM. This shows how dedicated she is in her practice and demonstrates her extensive knowledge base on real estate. I highly recommend Donna to anyone who is looking to buy a home. I think anyone would be overly satisfied with her attention to detail, personality, knowledge base, and thoughtfulness.
