5 STARS for Kara. We had the pleasure of working with her 2 years ago with the purchase of our first home. We decided at the end of 2021 that even though we loved our house it was time to upgrade to something a little bigger. We immediately called Kara and she got to work right away! We needed the proceeds of the sale to buy a new home and Kara explained to us all our options and we proceeded with listing our home. We were able to sell our house for 45k over ask and even got the buyers to take over our solar loan! Then we had to find a new house. We found our dream home a couple weeks later and got our offer accepted even though it was contingent on selling! Wow! We followed Kara’s advice and got exactly what we wanted and more. Kara is always attentive, responsive, explains what is happening, friendly and she knows what she is doing. We are very lucky to have found her. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs/wants an agent who will go above and beyond for their clients.

Dean was very understanding and has a lot of knowledge. He also had a lot of patience and knowledge with us (this was our first time selling) so he would explain a lot of things to us. He would give us different options or opinions when negotiating our terms to buyers. We would gladly recommend Dean to our friends and family.

It was such a pleasure to work with Peg and Traci on the sell of our rental home in the middle of a pandemic. She was able to help us with the tenant moving out so we could sell the home. We were always kept in the loop of what was going on. They were both so patient in answering all my questions. I was always able to reach them in a timely manner. This was our first time selling a house and it went so smooth. At the end we had some issues from the buyers end and Peg was so calm and professional in handling it and we closed escrow.
