It was such a pleasure to work with Peg and Traci on the sell of our rental home in the middle of a pandemic. She was able to help us with the tenant moving out so we could sell the home. We were always kept in the loop of what was going on. They were both so patient in answering all my questions. I was always able to reach them in a timely manner. This was our first time selling a house and it went so smooth. At the end we had some issues from the buyers end and Peg was so calm and professional in handling it and we closed escrow. Her calm demeanor helped reduce any stress we may have had. Peg and Traci have helped other family members buy and sell also. They are awesome!!! We will use them again in a heartbeat ❤️
