Dean went above and beyond as a real estate professional and helped me purchase by first home. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Dean not only provided me with answers in detail but also guided me through the whole process patiently. During this purchase, my mortgage loan didn't go through the first time ( about 20 days after submitting the offer). Dean handled the difficult to work with and not so friendly listing agent for us, and Dean was able to give us an extra 20 days to start the mortgage loan process over again. During the closing of the sale, Dean also volunteered to fix some of the problems with the house out of his own pocket. He was also very on time with everything and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I felt extremely lucky to have Dean as my real estate agent for this purchase.
