I always call Kathi my guardian angel and believe it was fate that we met. Kathi is extremely knowledgeable and is always looking out for the best interest of her clients. She goes above and beyond as a representative of her clients. When submitting my offer, Kathi literally pulled research for the local and national real estate industry and how it currently (and in the future) affected my sale when presenting my offer. She also looked at the investment aspects of each property and shared such important and valuable information to help me make an educated decision. Her intelligence of the real estate market coupled with dedication to her career far exceeds any expectation anyone would have for a realtor. She is someone I definitely want on my side representing me with any real estate transactions, and in life in general. Besides of helping me find my townhouse that was perfect for me, Kathi also become a loyal, life-long friend. My unit is now a rental unit and I don't live locally anymore.
