If I could give Kathi 100 stars I would. I genuinely consider her the best realtor I have personally met and have seen others work with. She is always one of the most genuine, caring and generous souls I know. I was just going through a life-changing time in my life where I really needed guidance - especially in the real estate area. I always call Kathi my guardian angel and believe it was fate that we met. Kathi is extremely knowledgeable and is always looking out for the best interest of her clients. She goes above and beyond as a representative of her clients. When submitting my offer, Kathi literally pulled research for the local and national real estate industry and how it currently (and in the future) affected my sale when presenting my offer. She also looked at the investment aspects of each property and shared such important and valuable information to help me make an educated decision. Her intelligence of the real estate market coupled with dedication to her career far exceeds any expectation anyone would have for a realtor. She is someone I definitely want on my side representing me with any real estate transactions, and in life in general. Besides of helping me find my townhouse that was perfect for me, Kathi also become a loyal, life-long friend. My unit is now a rental unit and I don't live locally anymore. Kathi and her fantastic husband Glenn also continue to help me at a drop of a hat if something is needed with the unit.
