I knew very little going in and Justin took the time to explain the process and guided me to purchasing my first home. Our total trust in her was well-founded when she recommended updating our 37-year old home, resulting in a significantly more successful sale. Since we live out of state, she professionally organized, managed, and monitored the entire project for us. When the house was ready for viewing, she scheduled over 50 showings in three days, resulting in over 20 excellent offers. Mike is a legend! He really went above and beyond to not only sell our house quickly and painlessly, but also for absolute top dollar. He gave us great advice to help prepare our house and even helped us stage it for the photos, which by the way were so freaking awesome that at first sight I didn't even recognize our own house. The open house planning and setup were so good that Mike pulled in 12 great offers for us! He then helped us negotiate a mind blowing good offer and constantly stayed on top of everything to make sure our house closed without any major issues. Now we are on the hunt for another house and Mike again goes above and beyond to make sure that we get that perfect dream house. We highly recommend Mike! Stephanie was helpful and very knowledgeable. She is very personable and upfront which helped the whole buying process with the selling agents. Stephanie was willing to ask any questions we had to sellers to make informed decisions. Jake was also helping her and willing to go out far to see homes. They make a good team.
