Vivienne For the Win and Close!!!

Vivienne was recommended to me by a family member to sell our Mother's house. My original thought was to sell as is and just move on. Vivienne convinced me to make some investment in the house in order to get a better price and ensure we were able to find buyers that could get to closing. Well Vivienne was spot on and we have multiple offers with a very fair price for everyone involved. Vivienne was very communicative and kept us in the loop at all times.
