Derek was an amazing agent. I gave him the criteria I needed in a property and he supported me along the (very speedy) journey to homeownership. He was consultative without being pushy, and when an offer needed to be made on an hour's notice, Derek made it happen. He was collaborative with my mortgage broker and made sure all 3 of us were in sync at all times. He helped me purchase an awesome starter home WITH significant credits at closing.
