We tried to buy a house for years and Mike always worked with us, our budget and was very patient with walking us through all aspects of each property we were interested in. Also he showed us many properties that just came to market, giving us advantages and opportunities not offered by other realtors. Based on detailed discussion and really personal guidance from the team from Mike, we were guided to several properties that were exactly what we had in mind from location, garden, size and budget. Mike then used his extensive network (every house we walked in people knew Mike) and secured a house for us against higher competing offers! Being in our new home for a month, Mike keeps checking in and guides us through any questions that come up. If you want somebody that really takes care of you in all aspects of purchasing a home, go with Mike!

To say Bruce is the best in the business is an understatement. As a first time homebuyer, I did a fair amount of research on the market and potential agents, and interviewed more than I could count. Bruce stood out as someone patient (a MUST for a newbie) knowledgeable in the area, and someone who could truly partner with me and my husband to find the right home. He worked with us to find the PERFECT home, and the only reason we are in it today is because of him. The home had several offers and their agent was cancelling appointments, but because it was Bruce, they let us tour the home and put in another offer (which they ultimately accepted). He has a stellar reputation (as evidenced by his ratings on Yelp) and it's not hard to see why. Bruce goes the extra mile for you, and I can't speak highly enough of him. Throughout the entire process of late night questions and calls he made himself available, and walked us through each step with expertise and professionalism. If you are looking for a real estate agent, look no further than Bruce. My husband and I have an amazing agent for life, and couldn't be happier!
