My husband and I were looking for our first home to purchase in South Orange County, a dream that we never thought would come true. Connie Pittard was someone that we had in mind from the start to be our agent and we are so happy she was our agent! Connie drove multiple times to and from Orange County for all phases of this process and was excited for us on every occasion. She guided us along the way as everything was so new to us and we were always kept up to date with negotiations and closing timelines. She helped make the final pieces of our offer come together, and we are grateful for her! Connie was not only professional but she had fun with us as we discussed our many options and plans. She never made us feel uneasy about any of our decisions. She also made us feel like we were her only clients. She was always available for questions via phone calls or text. My husband and I felt that she had our best interest in mind with every step and we would highly recommend her to other first time home buyers looking for a trusted agent! We would not have gotten where we are at now without Connie's help and expertise. If we were to buy another home in the future or if we had an opportunity to do it all again, we would call Connie to help!
