To say Bruce is the best in the business is an understatement. As a first time homebuyer, I did a fair amount of research on the market and potential agents, and interviewed more than I could count. Bruce stood out as someone patient (a MUST for a newbie) knowledgeable in the area, and someone who could truly partner with me and my husband to find the right home. He worked with us to find the PERFECT home, and the only reason we are in it today is because of him. The home had several offers and their agent was cancelling appointments, but because it was Bruce, they let us tour the home and put in another offer (which they ultimately accepted). He has a stellar reputation (as evidenced by his ratings on Yelp) and it's not hard to see why. Bruce goes the extra mile for you, and I can't speak highly enough of him.
