To say Bruce is the best in the business is an understatement. As a first time homebuyer, I did a fair amount of research on the market and potential agents, and interviewed more than I could count. Bruce stood out as someone patient (a MUST for a newbie) knowledgeable in the area, and someone who could truly partner with me and my husband to find the right home. He worked with us to find the PERFECT home, and the only reason we are in it today is because of him. The home had several offers and their agent was cancelling appointments, but because it was Bruce, they let us tour the home and put in another offer (which they ultimately accepted). He has a stellar reputation (as evidenced by his ratings on Yelp) and it's not hard to see why. Bruce goes the extra mile for you, and I can't speak highly enough of him. Throughout the entire process of late night questions and calls he made himself available, and walked us through each step with expertise and professionalism. If you are looking for a real estate agent, look no further than Bruce. My husband and I have an amazing agent for life, and couldn't be happier!

For those who don't want to read my whole review, in summary, Bruce and his team did for me what no other team could. Buying our townhouse was a fight from the beginning and it was assuring to know I had a lion on my side. It all started the day before Christmas, the townhouse I'd been renting for 5 years the owner wants to sell, I felt it was the worst time. I told her management team I need a few days to think about it at least til after Christmas whether I was going to buy or move out. The Monday after Christmas they immediately put it up for sale and just ask when we can start letting people in to see the place, mind you, we just had a baby arrived on Thanksgiving. This was a lot happening at once I wasn't ready to buy nor move out. We played along and let them show the property to many people while we searched for a rental. Eventually I decided to buy no matter what it takes. I knew a lot of agents being that I own a business and meet lots of folks and out of everyone I just knew in my heart to win this uphill battle, I needed Bruce. This is how shady the property management team for the seller is, they turned down our offer unless Bruce was willing to give up a part of his commission to them and Bruce didn't even think twice about it. January came along and I hit a road block and knew I needed more time. Bruce was able to get me more time and extended closing escrow till the end of March. From there the mortgage lending company worked tirelessly to get me approved by then, they were available at night and on the weekend just to make sure they did everything they can to help. It literally came down to the very last day last hour. This buy was not easy because of me, because of the management company for the seller, took a smaller commission and he never once bat an eye. He did it because I know he cares about helping people. Thank you Bruce, you're a great man with a big heart just like your wife and daughter. Just amazing people through and through.

As the saying goes, "Comes the time, comes the man." We were underfunded and overmatched in the heated San Diego market, but jumped in hoping to buy a home before the last houses in our price range were gone. After meeting with several agents, he was the first that told us we could get a house in the neighborhoods we wanted. Every one else said get more cash or move east. Bruce laid out a plan of quick movement on properties, aggressive bids and a realistic expectation of what we could expect. Speed was our main tactic. Every time a property came up on the list, which he knew we'd be interested in, there would be a call to us in minutes. Most often in a couple of hours he'd be there to get us inside for a look. Then he would have a bid in place for us just as quickly. I know he has other clients with bigger wallets but never once did I see his attention waver from our pursuit. His responsiveness to my calls, questions and bouts of worry were unflagging. After several unsuccessful bids we did finally get an acceptance on a great house we love, in a good neighborhood. Due to our bootstrap financing the deal nearly folded several times but Bruce was on top of it every time. Helping us with contractors to pass inspections, smoothing over problems with escrow and appraisal. He was always there and attacking the problem like a determined honey badger (which, I'm quite sure is his spirit animal.) Bruce is very good at his job and my wife, our son and I all recommend him. Especially, if you need someone to go the extra mile for you.

My family has sold two homes and purchased one home with Bruce Levine. He has been our go to realtor in San Diego for the past 5 years. Bruce has the following traits/characteristics that are uncommon in today's real estate market: 1. You are Bruce's most important client. Even if he has a dozen transactions going on, he is RESPONSIVE and will answer any questions that may be keeping you up in the middle of the night. He cares about your family's well being. 2. HONEST . There is no B.S. with Bruce. He is a straight shooter and will tell you to your face the pros and cons of your real estate transaction. I appreciate this and so do other buying/selling agents that work with Bruce. 3. INTEGRITY. Bruce is ethical, has a strong moral compass, and is a good human being. Period. If it means he will lose a client that wants to break some rules, he would gladly refer them to someone else that specializes in that type of clientele. Bruce chooses the clients he represents, not vice versa. 4. Achieve Results. Bruce and his team are knowledgeable/experienced and simply get it done. We sold two homes within a week and above asking price. We purchased our home and closed escrow in under a month. Those results speak volumes. If my family ever returns to San Diego, Bruce will be one of the very first people I contact to settle into a new home. Thank you Bruce! We found Bruce through the Yelp review when we were thinking about purchasing a house early this year. We interviewed a few agents that had good reviews on Yelp and were really impressed with his knowledge about the market, his sincerity and his professionalism. Right before we were ready to make a decision, a friend of ours who had just bought a house recommended his agent, so we went with his recommendation instead. A few weeks into our house shopping, we changed our mind about purchasing a new house and renting out the old condo - we decided to sell our condo instead. The agent we were working with is specialized in buying only, so we needed a seller's agent. Bruce's name popped up in our mind immediately due to the impression he left upon us during our initial meeting. We met with him again and was impressed by his knowledge once again, and decided to give him a try, which turned out to be the best decision we made regarding our condo! About a week after we listed our condo, we had to take an emergency trip out of the country. We called Bruce and let him know about the situation, and he was very understanding and assured us not to worry about anything while we were away, as he would take care of things. How TRUE he was to his words! During the two weeks we were away, not only did he handle numerous inquiries about our condo, hold an open house, to our ecstasy, he also secured an offer which we accepted and finally closed in a month!! My friend couldn't believe it when we told him our condo went into escrow when we were thousands of miles away from our home! I could go on and on about things Bruce did right that made our house selling experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. In the end, we feel Bruce isn't just a realtor who did a highly satisfactory job selling our condo - he is truly a friend who we can trust. We were thrilled we made the right choice selecting him as our agent.
