Then when it was time to sell, Eliot worked hard to get our home onto the market and sold quickly -- just over a month from listing to closing, despite it being the "slow" season. Throughout the process Eliot answered every phone call and responded to every text message immediately or close to it. And we're very happy with the sale price, which was above asking and above the long-discussed Zillow estimate.
