Eliot did great work for us when we bought our home in Oceanside seven years ago and again when we sold it just this month. First, he was always available to consult with us about the real estate market and home improvement. Even in the dark days of the pandemic Eliot was willing to sit in in our back yard and discuss contractors, Zillow estimates, bathroom remodels and so on. Then when it was time to sell, Eliot worked hard to get our home onto the market and sold quickly -- just over a month from listing to closing, despite it being the "slow" season. Throughout the process Eliot answered every phone call and responded to every text message immediately or close to it. And we're very happy with the sale price, which was above asking and above the long-discussed Zillow estimate.

Eliot is the only real estate professional you will ever need. He takes care of all the details gets the best price either buying or selling and I've done both with him. He helped me get an estate sale person for items I didn't want to move and even bought me a used dish washer to complete my appliances in the kitchen. He's a stand up guy.
