Eliot did great work for us when we bought our home in Oceanside seven years ago and again when we sold it just this month. First, he was always available to consult with us about the real estate market and home improvement. Even in the dark days of the pandemic Eliot was willing to sit in in our back yard and discuss contractors, Zillow estimates, bathroom remodels and so on. Then when it was time to sell, Eliot worked hard to get our home onto the market and sold quickly -- just over a month from listing to closing, despite it being the "slow" season. Throughout the process Eliot answered every phone call and responded to every text message immediately or close to it. We searched for the highest rated real estate agent near our condo in Carlsbad and found Eliot. We wanted to sell our condo very fast. He advised us on renovations and repairs needed to make condo more attractive to potential buyers and connected us to companies and handymen, who did a good and fast job (took only 2 weeks) for a very reasonable price. I actually called other places to get bids for the same jobs, but ended up using Eliot's suggestions because of better price and availability. After repairs were done, Eliot promptly put our condo for sale and held several open houses. At the end of 2 weeks we found a buyer. Eliot prepared all sale documents and used docusign, which eliminated the need for us to travel to sign them. He advised on how to handle the buyer's requests. Overall, the sale process was very smooth, and the escrow closed in about 2 months after the condo was put for sale. We will definitely do business with Eliot again.

We spent 5 months looking for a house with Eliot and in the end because of a Job loss, didn't wind up purchasing. We saw many different houses and at some point they began to run together in our heads. But even when we couldn't remember them all, Eliot kept track of them all and would remind us of aspects of previous homes we liked or didn't as we continued to search. He has a great eye for evaluating potential problems and unusual property features - I was always amazed how he was so observant.
