I never do reviews but Juliana was so Outstanding that I felt compelled to do this one. She is one of a kind. If you're wise enough you will have her as your realtor or in your life in any way. First of all, she brings great knowledge, expertise and as well as in depth research in your market and your circumstances. She put our need first. She really cares. My wife and I were in a very complicated transaction in which she needed to apply herself at every level and she did all that and more. Her guidance at every step made all the difference for us. I knew she was a good realtor from others but I had no idea how dedicated she would be. One friend who has bought and sold a lot of properties told me that no realtor works harder. Mr Marty did a marvelous job selling my previous home and purchasing my new home. He has at least fifteen to twenty years experience in the real estate industry and is very knowledgeable plus very easy to talk to and get along with. I have already recommended him to various neighbors of my old neighborhood and I recommend him to anybody. He always responds even after business hours and on the weekends to help out in any way he can. He even became a part of the Navy Federal Credit Union's Realty Plus Program halfway through our transaction knowing that a percentage of his commission would be coming back to me but he realized that the program would bring him even more business in the future. He also fought for us and got five thousand dollars extra out of the sellers of our home when the inspector found some minor defects. All in all a wonderful experience with Mr Marty and I can't say enough about him!
