I want to relay a personal experience of a single woman who had an idea that she might be able to purchase a home of her own… in her beautiful hometown of San Diego, CA… on a modest income. Mike listened to the thoughts and hopes the woman had. He was honest with the woman about what she could afford and why. He educated her on how to check websites for First Time Homebuyers and how to maneuver the sites. He sent her daily listings of all homes in her price range. He partnered with a Lender that had the patience to explain the financials of purchasing a home. The Lender was honest with the woman about what she could afford based on her income and debt. The woman knew she had to take the advice of Mike and the Lender and weigh it and do what she needed to do to keep moving foward. The woman did not let the dream of homeownership go by the wayside. Mike clearly is an East Coast guy, his loyalty to me as his client, and tenacity is apparent.
