Besides Gabriel's outstanding professionalism what we liked most of all was that he was a local. He knew the ins and outs of all the properties and areas he's shown us because he's from the area, something that's pretty rare these days. He was always straight forward with us and if things didn't sit right with him he wasn't afraid to give us his advice which we greatly appreciated. Not once did he pressure us into anything, was very patient, and gave honest opinions which we admired. We are glad to have met him and not only to find us our new home but to be a part of the same community!

I purchased my current house through IQ Reality which is the office of Faris, and I was lucky to have him as my agent. He is very cooperative, has a great experience, and on top of that an excellent negotiator. He answered all our questions on time. We closed the deal and we are very happy with our house.
