But then a huge ice storm ripped through Portland and cause $70k worth of flood damage. Jessica also project managed the repairs and coordinated contractors, insurance, realtors, HOA and others. And to top it all off, she managed to keep the original offer on the table the entire time and within 10 days of all repairs and mortgage company requirements, we sold the property.
