Shannon walked us through step, by step with such patience and understanding. She made us feel so comfortable, even in the difficult parts. She was on top of everything, and was always thinking ahead. We were in constant communication throughout the process, and always knew what was next. She always had our best interests at heart, and was willing to go to bat for us. She’s an incredible and very knowledgeable agent. I will always recommend her to everyone.
