We interviewed three real estate agents who were referred to us. Karla set herself apart from the rest with her unique approach. She simplified the process for us by bringing in the necessary trades to get our house ready, including her own "staging" contact to make the place look its best. She helped us position the house for a quick sale by eliminating later steps, like having a home inspection before we listed so we could address needed maintenance before anyone saw the place. Once the house was ready, she brought several potential buyers from her vast contacts within Compass. We received a fair offer and had a quick escrow. Her unique approach limited our selling expenses so we ended up with more cash than would have been possible with another agent. We would definitely use Karla again and will be referring her to all of our family and friends.
