Our friends recommended Flat Rate LA Real Estate to us, and we have since used them twice to sell our home. Both times we received attractive offers in a short period of time. We can only rave about the experience! First off, the photographs they take of your home are of the highest professional quality and far exceed the typical shots included in the MLS. Naturally, this level of quality can make a significant impression on potential buyers. Second, the fees for the service are clearly specified upfront and are incredibly inexpensive for the services included. Third, the negotiations service is fantastic and a worthwhile add-on. Natalya was incredibly responsive and an excellent resource to have on our side--not only during the contract negotiation process, but also all the way through closing, helping to ensure that everything was in order for that. For that matter, her services far more than paid for themselves. Finally, the money we saved by going the flat fee route was ridiculous (approaching the price of a new car). We were concerned that the flat fee route might limit the number of showings our house had. However, this concern was very much unfounded. We had as many--if not more--showings than the other homes listed in our neighborhood. We suspect this is because buyers today are savvy and know which houses are on the market. If your home fits the criteria they are looking for, then their agents will be showing it to them, whether at the buyers' request or otherwise. Overall, then, I could not offer a more enthusiastic recommendation for Flat Rate LA Real Estate and Natalya.

It's difficult to put into words how amazing our experience has been with Jessica. We not only live outside or Portland, we live outside of the US and her dedication and professionalism is unmatched. In addition to project managing repairs that were required to even put the house on the market, we got near full price offer within 60 days. But then a huge ice storm ripped through Portland and cause $70k worth of flood damage. Jessica also project managed the repairs and coordinated contractors, insurance, realtors, HOA and others. She saved us at least $30k with her diligent negotiating and oversight. Any other realtor would have bolted (in fact one gave up after 30 days). And to top it all off, she managed to keep the original offer on the table the entire time and within 10 days of all repairs and mortgage company requirements, we sold the property. We recommend Jessica Nieto for all of your real estate needs. No job is too big for her and she will not disappoint.
