Our friends recommended Flat Rate LA Real Estate to us, and we have since used them twice to sell our home. Both times we received attractive offers in a short period of time. We can only rave about the experience! First off, the photographs they take of your home are of the highest professional quality and far exceed the typical shots included in the MLS. Naturally, this level of quality can make a significant impression on potential buyers. Second, the fees for the service are clearly specified upfront and are incredibly inexpensive for the services included. Third, the negotiations service is fantastic and a worthwhile add-on. Natalya was incredibly responsive and an excellent resource to have on our side--not only during the contract negotiation process, but also all the way through closing, helping to ensure that everything was in order for that. For that matter, her services far more than paid for themselves. Finally, the money we saved by going the flat fee route was ridiculous (approaching the price of a new car). We were concerned that the flat fee route might limit the number of showings our house had. However, this concern was very much unfounded. We had as many--if not more--showings than the other homes listed in our neighborhood. We suspect this is because buyers today are savvy and know which houses are on the market. If your home fits the criteria they are looking for, then their agents will be showing it to them, whether at the buyers' request or otherwise. Overall, then, I could not offer a more enthusiastic recommendation for Flat Rate LA Real Estate and Natalya.

After watching my house languish on the market for a 7 months with one of the “prestigious” real estate companies, I consulted Natalya. In her capable hands, it was sold in 3 Weeks! For me, trusting my agent will have my interest foremost in mind, is crucial. Would Natalya be as invested in a good outcome for me with her Flat Rate business model? The answer is 100% yes. She’s shaking up this industry for the benefit of the consumer. I’ve encouraged all my friends to go to her. You’ll be glad you did.

Very rarely do I give 5 stars when reviewing anything or anyone, but Natalya has certainly earned it. I contacted her to consult about selling. Her communication and responsiveness was the best I've seen from any Realtor I've worked with in the past. I decided to list my house with her. She was knowledgeable and consultative, picking a price that sold quickly and not having me sink money into my property that she knew I wouldn't get back. Results speak for themselves, $135K over asking price on the 6th day! All this at a reduced commission. I had dealt with a few other realtors prior to my experience with Natalya but none of them had her overall knowledge and compassion of Real Estate which I thought was totally awesome!
