We just bought our first home. We started working with Gonzalo four years prior to purchasing our home. Gonzalo is a very experienced real estate agent that has worked with various members of our family for 20 plus years and has always had a great reputation on every sale and purchase he has done for our family. Gonzalo has a wealth of knowledge and experience therefore he was able to steer us in the right direction when it came to coming up with the most reasonable competitive offer. Gonzalo is also a very great negotiator and we believe that his expertise and skills had a lot to do with overcoming the competition and getting such a great deal on our new home. Keith did an initial assessment of the property, he made recommendations on things that could be done to enhance the curb appeal in the salability of the property. I believe those suggestions were spot on and the property was under contract within three days of listing.
