Keith did an initial assessment of the property, he made recommendations on things that could be done to enhance the curb appeal in the salability of the property. I believe those suggestions were spot on and the property was under contract within three days of listing.

Keith went way beyond the normal call for an agent and helped get the place ready to show with his personal touches. I would highly recommend using him as your agent. He really looks out for your best interest.

Our situation was a tough one, from selling a house and buying a new house at the same time and all while during a COVID pandemic. We got to know Keith dealing with him for 4 or so months. Always honest and let us know whether something was possible or just was not realistic. Followed all COVID protocols (even though it was such a pain) and we got it done.
