Venus was a first-time home buyer's best friend! Truly. I had done some research, but she was beyond knowledgeable and looked for things and asked about things that I would never even think of. Also, she was 100% looking out for my best interest and would always want me to consider possible resale value--she was looking out for me and my future! Additionally, her familiarity of the area (West Hollywood/Studio City/North Hollywood) was perfect if you are considering a move like I did from the Westside to Studio City. My time was super crunched due to hectic work travel, but Venus was there for everything and answered calls, texts, emails immediately. Venus was truly a pleasure to work with.
