Stacey Rhoads Forster

My cousin and I met Stacey about 2 years ago while we were on a walk in her neighborhood and exploring condos for sale. We came across Stacey at an open house and informed her that I was in the market, or so I thought. It turned out that I was nowhere ready at that time. She took the time to find out what I was looking for and set me up on MLS listings. Stacey was very patient and never gave up. After 2 years, I was finally able to put an offer on a condo. Not only did Stacey make it happen but was there throughout the entire process and stepped in when necessary to resolve some last minute items. Stacey is the bomb!!!!! She not only had my house under contract quickly, but "stayed the course" with a difficult buyer, and protected me, made me feel calm and comfortable, and used her professionalism way beyond my expectations. All this occurred during terrible fires in the area. Although somewhat new to the real estate sales field, she acted like a veteran, and was never negative!!!! Her paperwork was perfect, and she orchestrated the escrow efficiently. I would use her again and again..........Stacey is a gem!!!! I was very fortunate!!!!! Thanks to her I got a great price for my house, and she brought it to a successful conclusion!!!! Congrats, Stacey!!!!!
