Arturo is great to work with! He tells you what you need to look for when purchasing your first home. He assisted in any way he could and answered any and all questions we had day or night. He definitely went above and beyond for us! He cared about what my needs were and found what we I was looking for in a few short weeks. Portia guided us in renting our house. Then as laws changed not in landlords favor in California we decided to sell. Portia was able to take us from renting our house to selling our house. No matter what, real estate is complex with a lot of moving parts. Portia gave options in each of our potential scenarios. Always looking out what will be in our best interest.
