My Husband and I are first time buyers and had little to no experience in this process. When we found Phillip he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and truly listened to our wants and needs. Without a doubt we knew Phillip was the right guy to help us through our first home purchase. Phillip was always available to us, he always answered any questions or concerns. Phillip never hesitated to show us any listings and made sure to give us options based on what we originally wanted. Eventually we decided to go with a home in Castaic, and Phillip was there for us along the way. Throughout the escrow process Phillip was following up with the home inspector, escrow and appraisal, to ensure we had a smooth closing process.
