Portia guided us in renting our house. Then as laws changed not in landlords favor in California we decided to sell. Portia was able to take us from renting our house to selling our house. No matter what, real estate is complex with a lot of moving parts. Portia gave options in each of our potential scenarios. Always looking out what will be in our best interest. The most important part of any strategy is communication. Portia would always get back to us promptly via text, email or phone call. One thing that stood out for me is that when a situation started going not in our favor because of circumstances out of Portia’s control, she would step in, say “here’s the situation and this is what I’ll do to satisfy all parties involved. To me, that spoke volumes of her character and work ethic. It’s really hard to know if one is getting a “good” real estate agent. I feel so blessed that after many hours of research and doing my due diligence, that Portia came top rated. I felt that the different options Portia gave us I was able to vet those options and choose the one that would work best for our situation. Portia is one of those people that does not give up. Always comes up with solutions. She is firm and very confident. Yet, humble and you can feel her sincerity. Her perseverance and knowledge about the in’s and out’s of the business is second to none. If you are looking for an agent that will be your cheerleader don’t look anymore, Portia is the person you need. I can’t stress enough of how blessed we were to have had Portia be our guide.

Portia was great throughout the whole process. She looked at the appeal of the house and helped create a sales plan that highlighted the positives. Throughout the process she kept us updated with what was happening and discussed any changes in strategy before going ahead with them. We weren't left sitting and wondering what was happening. In the end, she worked hard to get the house sold and get us results we are very happy with.

Portia and Dennis were such a great team. I never felt pressured and received great guidance all along the process. I believe Portia’s positive energy and Dennis’ extensive experience was what made the difference between that team and other brokers I have dealt with.
