She was always available to schedule a prompt walkthrough (which is very important in the current market as houses can be sold within days). She was very knowledgeable about the current market and structuring our offers strategically to get home. She would always keep it real with us and offer honest advice, even if it meant not getting that particular home which is a great quality to have in an agent. You can tell she is there for you and not just to close a sale. She also has a strong presence in serving SCV which I strongly believed helped us get our home as sellers viewed us as a trusted offer with a locally known agent.
