She is very attentive, passionate, energetic and persistent. Her client's interest is her number one priority. I am usually super busy at work, and she made the process of buying a home very easy. When something needed to be signed. Title, insurance, repairs, walk throughs, appraisals, or inspections- she was always present with her client’s best interest at heart. She will discuss with you the next moves and prepares you for what is next. She truly cuts out the middleman and all I had to do was sign and benefit from her negotiation skills with all other parties involved. I highly, highly recommend her when buying or selling a property. You will not be disappointed. She is genuine and one of a kind, and if you know me, you know that I do not write reviews or recommend anyone if I don't truly believe in their skills or abilities.

We've known Anne for many years. She helped us purchase our first home 10 years ago. Arshia is a dream - she is smart, professional, resourceful and cheerful, but most importantly, she gets the job done. She is extremely conscientious, responsive and hard-working. I was already out of state and needed her to step in and take care of everything from overseeing movers to hiring cleaners, handymen, gardeners and repair people on top of preparing my house to look its best for netting the highest possible selling price. She did everything within a week's time as promised, she jumped on the market opportunities, priced my property right and sold it in days way over selling price. Would I hire her again?
