Kevin and Carie were approachable, easy to work with, and strategic when it came to write an offer. We are first time home buyers and they used showings to help educate us on the overall home buying experience. We were also looking to buy in an area that we planned to move to, but were not currently living in. Carie worked diligently behind-the-scenes to set up showings on days we were available to drive up, and Kevin was present to walk them through with us. When it came to writing an offer and closing escrow, Kevin worked quickly, made himself available outside of normal work hours to accommodate our schedule, and offered referrals along the way.

Kevin made buying our house easy and was always up front with us and helped steer us away from properties that weren't going to be good for us. Would recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a house.

We have now worked with Kevin twice in the last few years. In 2020 we sold our condo in Camarillo and purchased a house in Ventura… then we unexpectedly sold our house in Ventura to move out of state. Each time Kevin communicated with us every step of the way and his knowledge of the market and the area was priceless. He negotiated well with other realtors and fought to get us the best possible prices for each of our homes. Not only does Kevin know his market, know the trends etc… but his character and integrity are 2nd to none. We would absolutely recommend Kevin to anyone we know… in fact we actually have!! And they used him too… and they just purchased their house with his help too. You will not regret it at all.

Kevin helped me so much in selling property that was in a confusing trust. He helped figure out everything and was available at all times. He found reasonably priced vendors to make the property more appealing. I was amazed at how much energy he put into helping, even though this was a small home and he could have prioritized a larger account. He's polite, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator, getting me a price higher than expected. As I told Kevin, he's a "gladiator!"
