Kevin and Carie were approachable, easy to work with, and strategic when it came to write an offer. We are first time home buyers and they used showings to help educate us on the overall home buying experience. We were also looking to buy in an area that we planned to move to, but were not currently living in. Carie worked diligently behind-the-scenes to set up showings on days we were available to drive up, and Kevin was present to walk them through with us. When it came to writing an offer and closing escrow, Kevin worked quickly, made himself available outside of normal work hours to accommodate our schedule, and offered referrals along the way.

Kevin helped me so much in selling property that was in a confusing trust. He helped figure out everything and was available at all times. He found reasonably priced vendors to make the property more appealing. I was amazed at how much energy he put into helping, even though this was a small home and he could have prioritized a larger account.
