During the time I have known Jeff I have hired him for two home sales and one home purchase. He is honest and always has his client’s interest in mind. In an industry where (unfortunately) there are some unscrupulous agents, I have never once doubted Jeff’s integrity. Aside from that, he knows the contract and real estate law extremely well, which is very important when involved in this type of transaction. I wouldn’t think of working with another agent and strongly recommend that you do, too!

Frank worked hard for us for many months during a horrible time. we had a few unfortunate moments with buyer insurance and HOA insurance. regardless, he was patient throughout the whole deal. he knew how to handle tough situations and to move it for forward to get the deal completed. he knew how to work with my parents who were difficult at times. he had great photography with aerial shots, good listing, helpful advice. he was flexible too. always answered our calls or returned a call quickly. he would text if he wasn’t able to. great response time basically. he followed up on nuances. he double checks numbers and agreements. and best of all, he’s not pushy! he sends out gentle reminders, but not aggressive. i believe a great agent aims for great relationships for future repeat business deals. i would be happy to use frank again if we were looking into his region. my parents used him as well i think.
