She is very attentive, passionate, energetic and persistent. Her client's interest is her number one priority. I am usually super busy at work, and she made the process of buying a home very easy. When something needed to be signed. Title, insurance, repairs, walk throughs, appraisals, or inspections- she was always present with her client’s best interest at heart. She will discuss with you the next moves and prepares you for what is next. She truly cuts out the middleman and all I had to do was sign and benefit from her negotiation skills with all other parties involved. Kevin and Carie were approachable, easy to work with, and strategic when it came to write an offer. We are first time home buyers and they used showings to help educate us on the overall home buying experience. We were also looking to buy in an area that we planned to move to, but were not currently living in. Carie worked diligently behind-the-scenes to set up showings on days we were available to drive up, and Kevin was present to walk them through with us. When it came to writing an offer and closing escrow, Kevin worked quickly, made himself available outside of normal work hours to accommodate our schedule, and offered referrals along the way.
